📦 Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags and labels must be intact.

A mandatory unboxing video is required (from the moment you open the parcel until the product is fully shown).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
🔁 Exchanges
We only allow exchanges if:

You received a wrong or damaged product.

The unboxing video clearly shows the issue.

The request is made within the 3-day window.
💸 Return Shipping Cost

For all eligible returns or exchanges, the customer must pay a flat ₹100 return shipping fee.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after we receive and inspect the return.

For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For COD orders, we’ll refund to your bank account (details will be collected during the return process).

In case of any disputes, the jurisdiction will be Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, India.
